NO, sorry we no longer participate in the Aruba Plus Program.

    1. 6. Do you offer Private Charter and Group rates?

Yes, we do offer Private Charter and Group rates for advanced bookings. We require a 50% deposit in advance to save your date and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.     1. 7. Are children allowed on your Tours and do they receive a discount?

Yes and Yes! Mi Dushi Tours are perfect for all children over 6 years of age and are ideal family adventures. Children may accompany their parents on any Mi Dushi Cruise and have a special discount price. Check each tour section for information. Children should be between 4 – 12 years of age.

    1. 8. Do you provide transportation to the Tour departure points ?

Mi Dushi guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Hadicurari Pier. All Mi Dushi Cruises depart from Hadicurari Pier located in Palm Beach (High Rise area), between the Holiday Inn and the Marriott Resorts. The Pier is located just in front of Moomba Beach Bar & Grill and the Marriott Ocean Club. Once you get to the pier, we kindly invite you to walk down the pier until the end of it.  MI DUSHI will be docked and our employees will be waiting for you. Check in will be performed inside the boat.

This location is within walking distance of all of the Palm Beach resorts and a short bus or taxi ride from the Low Rise hotels, the hotels on Eagle Beach or in Oranjestad. If you are arriving by taxi or bus (Bus #10) you only have to mention Hadicurari Pier or Moomba Beach, everyone in Aruba knows where the best excursions leave from! If you have a rental car and are driving to Hadicurari Pier you must park next to the Marriott Ocean Club.

    1. 9. Do you provide transportation for Cruise Ship passengers ?

Passengers for our Mi Dushi cruises are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Hadicurari Pier. Special transfer arrangements are available for Group and Private Charters.

    1. 10. Do you have a Refund Policy?

Due to the fact that all of our tours have a limited seating capacity tickets are non-refundable, non changeable, non cancelable. The following refund policy will be enforced. There will be no refund for passengers that are no-shows to the venue. If for any reason we are forced to cancel any of our Tours due to weather, technical problems or due to any other unexpected circumstances we will issue a full refund immediately.

Reschedule Fee only for Special Occasions: For limited instances and by authorization of MI DUSHI, guest can reschedule a ticket by paying a CHANGE FEE. Charges my vary based on tour and season. Reference Fee charges: Taste of Aruba Tour 10$pp, Afternoon Snorkel Tour and Sunset Tour 5$pp. Kids Tickets pay only 50% of Change Fee.

    1. 11. Is the Mi Dushi wheelchair accessible?

No, however we have hosted disabled guests on board the Mi Dushi in the past. Although challenging, we will do our utmost to accommodate any guest who would like to join our Tour including lifting disabled guests in and out of the watercraft and making room for a wheelchair on board the vessel.

    1. 12. How many Crew members are on board Mi Dushi?

Our Crew consists of a Captain, First Mate and Hostess. On busy days we very often have an extra deck hand on board so we may provide personal and professional service.

    1. 13. What is served for Lunch on the “Taste of Aruba” full day Cruise?

Our Lunch is catered. We serve a delightful Lunch which includes BBQ Chicken & Grouper Fish with creole sauce, Caribbean rice, Tomato & cucumber salad,  fruit skewer and bread & butter.

    1. 14. What is served on the afternoon Cruises?

Based on the tour type, you may be served light snacks (chips and tomato sauce and pretzels for example), or snacks (chicken skewers for example) please check you tour description for specific details these are only examples.

    1. 15. Is the Snorkeling equipment included in the Cruise?

Yes… All of our snorkeling equipment is new and available for use by our guests. This equipment includes a mask and snorkel as well as fins.

    1. 15. Is there shade aboard?

Yes… Shade is available!

    1. 16. What should I wear on board the Mi Dushi?

Shorts and a T-shirt and make sure you wear or bring your bathing suit. Sun block and sun glasses. On afternoon sails it may get chilly as the sun goes down and some guests bring along a long sleeve shirt. Also if you plan to hire a taxi to take you back to your hotel you might bring a dry pair of shorts with you as some taxis will not transport guests if they are wet.

    1. 16. Are there bathrooms on board and is there a place to change on board?

Yes, there are two bathrooms for ladies and two for men on board and that is where you can change into or out of your bathing suit.

    1. 17. Should I bring anything with me?

Yes, bring towels (we do not provide towels), your camera (you’ll want to record those great memories) and a big SMILE!

    1. 18. Do I receive a discount if I am a repeat guest on the Mi Dushi ?

Yes, the Mi Dushi has a very loyal repeat clientele and if you are on our repeat guest list you are eligible for special discounts on certain days or certain cruises.
